about Javien Elliott

MISSION

My mission is to empower the next generation to become more than just great athletes — to grow into people of strong character. Through my story, my content, and my training programs, I aim to help others thrive mentally, physically, and spiritually. I want to inspire them to believe that anything is possible, to persevere through adversity, and to rise above the odds with faith, grit, and discipline. By providing resources and mentorship, I’m committed to developing future husbands, parents, and leaders, who impact the world beyond sports.

from zero star walk-on to the NFL

high school

I grew up in Panama City, Florida, and graduated from Rutherford High School in 2011. I was a standout player in Bay County, earning respect for my talent and work ethic on the field. But despite my performance, I finished high school as a zero-star recruit with no scholarship offers.

florida state

After graduating from Rutherford High School in 2011 with no offers, I didn’t play football for three years. With two years of eligibility left, I walked on to the reigning national champions at Florida State University. I earned a scholarship after my first season and went on to start six games in my senior year.

nfL

After finishing my career at Florida State, I went undrafted but signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a free agent. I played three seasons in Tampa, starting over 30 games. After that, I signed with the Carolina Panthers and became the starting nickel corner there as well.

Cfl career

After my time in the NFL, I continued my career in the CFL, playing two seasons with the Calgary Stampeders and Hamilton Tiger-Cats. After a successful run up there, I decided to retire from professional football and step into the next chapter of my life.

author

I’m the author of Unconquered Walk-On, a self-published memoir that tells my story—from being a zero-star recruit with no offers to walking on at Florida State and making it to the NFL. I wrote it to inspire others to chase their dreams, no matter the odds.
